Thanks to the good hardenability of molybdenum element, the surface hardness of the alloy wear-resistant layer is almost same as the core hardness, which greatly improves the wear life.

There is a large amount of Cr element in the high-chromium alloy, which improves the resistance to high-temperature oxidation and the electrode potential of the matrix, and it has good corrosion resistance to acid and alkali.

After bonding, it becomes a whole with a reasonable structure. The white iron cast and mild backing steel are combined into one, and the surface of the whole product is smooth, which reduces the wear resistance, and the material is not easy to deposit and block.

It can be connected and installed by screw and welding, and it can also be vulcanized, which does not affect the usability of the product. It can withstand moderate knocking, hammering, and collision, and does not need additional protective packaging for transportation.
